See Saw comes from Justin and Pip Jarrett, growing high in the cool, mountainous country of Orange, NSW. Their first vineyard was certified organic from the 2007 vintage, and every See Saw wine is now certified organic: estate-grown fruit, a light touch in the winery, and a family philosophy of looking after the land for the next generation. Balanced, handmade wines with nothing to hide.
